Special Treatment

Golly I am a terrible person:
Trial dates have been set for Conrad Black's eldest son, Jonathan, who says he has been singled out for special attention and will plead not guilty to charges of criminal harassment, uttering threats and breaching bail conditions.
It totally could be the case that he is completely innocent and that he is receiving special attention from police because of how totally awesome his horrible space-lizard family is.

Fortunately, Dad Black landed on his feet with a gig at National Review Online.

Ain't nowhere to go but up.

I think there's a Vanity Fair piece on Daddy-O Black if you give the proverbial flying &c.

Can't be arsed myself, of course.

Oh, if you insist.

Ha, joke's on all of us, doesn't appear it will be available w/o paying for it.

Reptiloids singled out for persecution? The shoes are on the other four feet, at last...

It totally could be the case that he's being unfairly persecuted by an authoritarian police force. I'm not exactly teh biggest fan of teh TPS.

Then again, he was charged in December of harassment and released on bail. Even if those charges were completely fakity fake and totes trumped up - you would think that that would be a good time to stop leaving texts for teh ex and her new boyfriend. Even if they were totes non-threatening (i.e. "Happy Valentine's Day. I totally have no plans to kill you in your sleep.") I imagine that his bail conditions included making no attempts to contact them at all.

No Jonathon. If TPS had wanted to single you out for "special treatment" you would know.
