You can't leave this just hanging out there:
Russell Lewis Oakes registered as a vet in the UK after buying a fake degree certificate on the Internet. Authorities investigated after area veterinarians complained about the quality of his work. Oakes had been treating horses, dogs, and humans.

Oh. Kinda like a Chiropractor, eh?

We don't seem to mind quacks as long as we are allowed to limit their access to drugs and scalpels...

I've seldom had problems accessing drugs or scalpels.

I have a couple hemostats, they are very handy little mofos, but what the hell good is a scalpel?
