Throwing It All Away

This is pretty sad:
American Police Force spokeswoman fears for safety; attorney, subcontractor step back
By TOM LUTEY Billings Gazette | Posted: Saturday, October 3, 2009 8:15 am

BILLINGS - A sobbing spokeswoman for the secretive company occupying the Hardin jail welcomed an investigation by Montana's attorney general Friday and expressed concerns for her own safety amid rumors about the company.
Betsy Shay had quit her newspaper job for APF work.

I wonder what percentage of con there was vs. her previous job sucking really bad. Now that she's a company official she presumably has to answer to the law as much as she can.

I can only hope that someone is filming the whole saga; it's going to make a great documentary, though not as plausible as "Czech Dream".

As for your "Marge vs. the Monorail" analogy, surely that would apply to the back-story of how this town came to possess a vacant prison, just sitting there, constructed on spec in the hope of a sudden influx of prisoners bringing prosperity to all. Now we're in the middle of the sequel, when the townspeople reveal just how much they learned from their first outbreak of mass stupidity.

Exactly. This latest fiasco is a "fool me twice, I'm available for further foolings as the schedule permits."

Or something that makes more sense grammatically. -wise. Also.

(it's always important to maintain perspective, I think)

Which just goes to show, it doesn't pay to be a ruminant at the Red Lodge.

Those assholes are anti-ruminant from the get-go.

They have some kind of slogan that conflates cud with crud, but I gotta tellya, I'm not that familiar with their hatred...

Of course, you also don't want to be ted williams severed head.

Because people are doing wacky shit with it.

I have a hard time working up any outrage. I have a feeling Ted's really ok with it too....

So basically this journalist is the first known example of a rat boarding a sinking ship.

The Montana attorney general sent a letter to the Two Rivers Authority on Thursday requesting information on its deal with American Police Force, including:

4. All documents concerning, reflecting, or constituting any agreement or transaction between the Authority and American Police Force (including without limitation its officers, affiliates, or agents), including draft or proposed agreements or transactions.

5. All direct or indirect interests Authority board members or their immediate families have in American Police Force (including without limitation its officers, affiliates, or agents).

From this I gather the AG is wondering who exactly is fooling whom.

I see from the article APF is already behind on payments for one of those Mercedes SUVs, bought less than a month ago.

Would anyone like to guess how many punk bands are now calling themselves "Ted Williams' Severed Head"?

For extra Schaden on your Freude -- the Infowars thread that started the OMG-Obama-Black helicopters-FEMA camps hysteria has now been overrun by mad Serbians*, complaining about the misuse of Serbian emblems and linking it all to the injustices of Kosovo.

* I know, redundancy alert.

They have much to be proud of and maintaining that noble image demands constant vigilance.

More good news.

And KULR learned Thursday there's a warrant out for Hilton's arrest in Wyoming. A Sheridan, Wyoming circuit court judge issued a warrant September 1st. A court clerk says he was ticketed for driving with a suspended driver's license on Interstate 90 in Sheridan on August 15th.

The arrest warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court.

This dude at United States Militia Forums is all over the Hardin story.
I believe there will be another "terrorist" attack soon and along with the economy, Iran, swine flu, Martial Law will be declared and NATO will invade along with other forgien mercanaries. Don't wait!

Wow.

I've also heard that northern border property is being bought up at an astounding rate. It may be to keep the people from fleeing into Canada when shtf.

Mighty Canada can keep its people free while the hapless Yanks head for the slaughterhouses.
