It probably shouldn't be a surprise that a movie with Canadian actors based on a Canadian comic and shot in Toronto is very very Canadian but I was surprised.
It was entertaining in the way that drinking with my friends in the bar is entertaining. That sensibility was weirdly well represented. I now feel like a stereotype.
Perhaps this way of being is honed in Canadian-style environments, such as inside tents on top of picnic tables:
