The 'strategy' is to be more crazy, more fascist and more corporatist than all your competitors no matter what anyone tries to do.

The 'strategy' is "I'll see you an destructive and unsustainable economic plan and raise you the destruction of our future in war, pollution and economic collapse".

I think Thundra is right, the Paulistas have probably been banned. It's funny, Paul also used to appeal to some lefties who knew of his antiware stance, but I've done quite a bit to convince them that he's a race-baiting authoritarian at heart.
