Randy Quaid screamed through the world premiere of his song Star Whackers at a Vancouver club Friday night, a conspiracy theory anthem whose content did not stray much from expectations, given its title and the recent, bizarre history of its writer. Was that set to the Patty Duke Show theme or something? Oh wait, maybe not:
“I’m talking about whackers,” Quaid screeched into the microphone during a late-night two-song set at The Commodore Ballroom. “Those cheesy star whackers!”
There's an "entertainingly crazy" box to tick on the immigration forms. Welcome all!

Better make sure it's the good couch.
I thought Phil Collins was going to retire from the music business.

Next time, turn down the gain on the mic input.
How's that little toe holding up, Ms. Slayer?
mikey, thanks for asking. Really bad. Cuz I stubbed it again tonight.
Btw, deleted that earlier post cuz I couldn't imagine anyone but me caring about my toescapades.
You're kidding, right? I mean, some of the best crap I read on this little network of whack-ohs is the little bits of slice of life, bloger verite, Unicode Tracking Shots kind of bits n pieces that you only get from really smart, funny peeps talking to each other over a cocktail and a hookah.
The finest days of S,N! were like that - a bit of fear, a bit of anger, a bit of food and some home maintenance, all done in that special, inimitable fashion that, frankly, I hold Bimmler mainly responsible for...

Not me crankypants! There's better controlled audio out there but this was longer.
I enjoy a good day at S,N too, mikey. There's a little something for everyone.
I enjoy a good day at S,N too
yeah, until the zombie infestation.
Nope, I like those too. Adds to the zombiance.
ZRM is just cranky because a Zardoz at S,N! would make no difference.
ZRM is just cranky
fixxxt for universality.
Not me crankypants!
Had I really thought it was you, I would've been nice enough not to mention it.
