WAAAAAH!

It appears that Sam Brownback is a big crybaby. Feel free to add tears.

Just watched the tears for a couple 'o minutes... Am i now hypnotized and completely under your control?

Substance McGravitas said...

You have to watch more efficiently: you only need to watch three of 'em and the rest are just reruns.

Rachel said...

But there is an undeniable mesmerism to the larger, busy picture (before you up-dated it!) what with the three different speeds and the loops not cycling together. Perhaps not intended... trust your audience FCS.

No updates to the picture at all: sometimes if you load the page for the first time images aren't cached and their alignment might trick you. All hail St. Gilliam.

Smut Clyde said...

One thing not immediately obvious to new readers is that the tears can be dragged around the page to whereever they will do most good.

Smut Clyde said...

Or you can drag them *down* the page and have them coming out of Mr Turkeyse's butt.

Substance McGravitas said...

GuhROSS! I will not have filth on my page.

As in Terry?

I chaos-ified, no, inchoated, no,
messed up that rain good!

Substance McGravitas said...

Yes, Terry. I stole a baby carriage from him in this post, for instance.

A confessional host is a solid marketing plan in the all new media.

Ya know what I discovered?... It's &$@#% hard to do drag-and-drop on an IPad!!

It's been a while since we've heard from our friends at Blogs for Brownback.

PS - Stringband - Show Us the Length would be appropriate here, but I can't find an online version. Look for it - youl'll like it.

I actually didn't know you could drag and drop stuff the first couple times I saw these type posts on HOS. When I found out, I was delighted! And made a pretty picture!

Dr.KennethNoisewater said...

Also, why am I fighting with a troll when I could be here in "elfvalla?" Which I assume is some sort of Elvin Valhalla.

One of the things to remember about Dennis is that it's only pushing buttons. It's not an intellectual argument. Actor's a really good target because he always responds and never backs down. He also posts so much that there's always something to pick at.

When tsam made the infamous threat I believe someone was writing about their house being foreclosed on and tsam got pissed. That people play on the threat, myself included, is kind of going along with the Dennis game. In the real world someone out there - not the only one! - did lose a house, which is a lot uglier than being cranky about who said what to whom.

Such a gentle esplainin voice, hmmm.

Man, this thread is HALF explaining voice. STOP ME BEFORE I EXPLAIN AGAIN.

Apparently, Sam cries slower from his left eye than his right. Perhaps he has something in his right eye. #heblowsalot

w/v is minglug. My personal minglug is an ounce or so of Sailor Jerry's tonight.

I know he's not arguing in good faith and is deliberately provocative , but he is constantly bringing up OWS, which is a cause that really took me by surprise (because honestly I didn't think we had it in us) and is dear to me...and my soft white underbelly. And it's hard not to engage.

mikey said...

I'll step in and explain. People who are douchey dick assholes on the likes of boards like S,N! ARE DOING IT ON PURPOSE!!

The calls, as they say, are coming from inside your head!!

Arguing with them is pointless because the way they measure the process, if you acknowledge them in any way, especially if you argue with them, THEY WIN!

Sure, they show up anywhere and everywhere, but Sadly committed a kind of blogeral suicide by refusing to reign them in.

I mean, ok, if you think arguing about whether nazis are bad and whether racial profiling or torture are something we should indulge in, great, rock out. But I notice that it always becomes tiresome - that's because, if I may belabor the obvious, they cannot lose and you cannot win...

Dr.KennethNoisewater said...

Yep; you're right. I know all this intellectually. It's the stuff that's going on elsewhere that trips me up.

Substance McGravitas said...

Well, tsam was being a human when he got pissed. I, for instance, really wanted to punch a preacher once. It was the wrong thing to do at a funeral though...

If you find yourself getting trolled, always always always write fewer words than the troll does. You can be embarrassed about getting sucked in, but make sure someone else is doing the bulk of the work.

Dr.KennethNoisewater said...

It's easy for you to say: you're always more concise than even not-trolls.

But...while I'd like to expound on this, all I can think of now is your wanting to punch a preacher.

wiley said...

I've caught two rabbits, but can't catch those tears. My left click is twitchy. Guess I'll just sit and watch as tears go by-ay-ay-ay-ay.

The word is "inpalin." HMMM.

Substance McGravitas said...

You don't have to catch the tears themselves. They're thin rectangular pictures.

Smut Clyde said...

Sometimes I think it would be nice if actor212 had his own blog so he and the troll could exchange insults to their hearts' content.

Substance McGravitas said...

Those blog things aren't cheap!

Smut Clyde said...

I was going to make a joke about "Clash of the Tight-anes" but forgot.

It was the wrong thing to do at a funeral though...

When is the *right* time to punch a preacher? AFAF.

The worst part is the celery and bennies one has to pay the people who write your posts.

They're back at it again over there at SN! Actor and Dennis need an animated gif with drag and drop lachrymosity.

Aww. My heart is warmed. Gotta play a mandolin one day.

Between Matins and Vespers.

El Manquécito said...

She's playing a Daley , probably not an entry level instrument unless you've got loonies to burn. Weber and MK make decent mandolins for less.

Substance McGravitas said...

Alas, I have few loonies to burn. And they don't burn well anyway.

I just wish they'd fuck and get it over with.

It helps to have both of 'em killfiled.

Also, apparently pun wars are like troll disinfectant.

Dr.KennethNoisewater said...

They're good at getting rid of me, too, truth be known. That and sports talk. And talk about which battery is best.

zombie rotten mcdonald said...

Good to know.

zombie rotten mcdonald said...

They're good at getting rid of me,

Interestingly, it seems actor has created a whole blog based on the concept of making people go away.

Dr.KennethNoisewater said...

I've never read it...SO IT MUST WORK!

actor has created a whole blog

Duller than dirt. Dishwater glitters like diamonds in comparison. Duller even than my little corner of Internet hell.

M. Bouffant said...

And y'know, if you let them get away w/ lying as they do at funerals, where will you draw the line?
