Ozarks From Above

Good luck Vicky and Barbara:

Also, holy fucking shit:

This was taken somewhere above the delightful little town of Jasper, where there are wonderful apples for sale and an appetizer of fried mushrooms is a gigantic fucking bowl of tasty greasy lumps that no human should be able to finish in one sitting.

"Jasper" I saw Jasper in a dream. Anyway, WOW. I've ridden through Arkansas many times and it is some lovely country. Watch out for falling rock. You do know the legend of the little Indian girl "Falling Rock," don't you?

That's the whole joke. It really cracked me up when I was a kid. Has anyone seen Falling Rock?

Jasper, Arkansas? Wasn't that where Paris, Texas was filmed?

About 25.9% of families and 31.6% of the population were below the poverty line...

Don't worry, good times are just over the horizon.

Oddly enough, Jasper, Alberta has a restaurant that serves a similar dish.

I was through Jasper in the summer, however I was with a child and we had to go to Smitty's. AGAIN.

Somehow I've missed Smitty's in my Canookian travels. This though:

majority of them have separate lounges to accommodate a different group of customers.

makes me curious as to how different they might be? Thirsty?

LOL.

I clicked on the Smitty's link and saw a picture of Eggs Benedict, drooled, then w/v gave me "suppyr." No, it's not time for suppyr yet, w/v.

I first looked at this entry on my iPhone thus did not see the "V loves B" thing on the rock and was confused to say the least. I was like "Who are Vicky and Barbara?"

Yes, we don't want you happily threesoming your way across the continent - not without more pics at any rate.
