Other radical ideas:

Did anyone think of attending to concerns that emerged from students evaluations from previous term's as a way to improve the next term's evals? Worked for me.

I was always particularly partial to teachers who didn't make it a big fucking deal (also known as a 'Biden') when I cut class. Of course, that was high school. I'm pretty sure it's a little different in college...

The comments thread is mostly reasonable, so yes. A certain Retired Professor, however, retired with bitterness.

Also, it would be appropriate to point out here that as you add posts of singular substance, the Neu post will slide down the page, making the autoplay loop even more annoying then it is already.

But then, you knew that, dincha?

I'm actually going to try to guide my father through the site soon, so the autoplay will be off soon in deference to him. BUT NOT TO FISH!

begin script:

if world
autoplay neu (default=off)
if fish
autoplay neu (default=suck on this)

The script should say "soon" a lot too.

This sounds like the premise to a letter to Penthouse.

"I never thought this would happen to me, but I am a professor of English at a small Midwestern university..."
