A good omen, really. The building was rehabbed and in the process acquired bunches of mice. That bugs can run around free might mean the mice are gone.

That bugs can run around free might mean the mice are gone.Mice don't eat a lot of beetles. On the other hand, you *can* be confident that the building is free from armadillos, hedgehogs and pangolins.
There isn't really a lot of other food available and I'd think that OH MY GOD MY TOES.
I usually design a pangolin-nest in my buildings.
