A WHAT Looser?

Jay Nordlinger, in an aside in an entire career of asides:
P.S. Why is there a “Hispanic Heritage Month”? Can’t we be Americans and be done with this malarkey? (I hope readers appreciate the way I class up my language for the Corner. In my column, Impromptus, it’s often a speck looser.)
Get this man a Romney campaign position ASAP!

It's just that American Heritage Month would need 29 and 1/2 days of padding Jaybo.
"Yay Bob Dylan, Neil Armstrong and Barbara McClintock. Now whatta we do?"

I look forward to the day that wingnuts propose a plan to purge all Hispanic culture from the States.

"Montana" would be renamed "Mountainous".

"Nevada" would be "Snowy".

"Colorado" would be "Colored", or (as I prefer) "Huey".

There is general agreement that author García Ordóñez de Montalvo formed the place name "California" from the Spanish word califa, from the Arabic: خليفة‎ ḫalīfah/khalīfah, the head of state in a Caliphate

...let's just call it South Oregon

The Great Northern Menace becomes even scarier when you notice the placenames like Labrador and Montreal.
