The Darkness

This goes well with that Shins song. Except it's more like Sweet.

umm, yeah. Except the Sweet were GOOD.

really, if you like the Darkness, you need to check out Rock N Roll Soldiers, which is pretty much the worst name in the history of Rock Music except for "Rod Torfleson's Armada featuring Herman Menderchuck." But they make the Darkness sound like hacks.

OK, I was way too harsh, I actually kinda like that. I never responded to the first Darkness album the way I should, and the Soldiers play an impassioned set for 100 peopls at Summerfest in the mid-afternoon that WAY more convinced me, so zomba culpa.

Who could imagine a zombie with a foot in its mouth?

I have no other knowledge of The Darkness, so they could certainly suck for every song but this one.

they're still not as good as the Sweet.

The falsettos, especially on the first album, are kind of annoying.

still, check out the Soldiers. One of their releases was titled "So Many Musicians To Kill"

God, do you recall having that kind of youthful chutzpa?

I'd have thought that zombie would be talking about "youth-full chutney".

Enthusiastically.
