They must have a wide variety of toques, no? A 100% Canadian owned and operated department store has to have a lot of toques.

I buy most of my wardrobe from army surplus stores but I have never seen that particular range of uniforms.

Perhaps that's the Navy part.

...sadly, I think they've long since exhausted their WWI surplus

An Army and Navy in Edmonton was where my grandmother would take me for a treat. They had bins full of cheap sharp and spiky toys made of tin and lead.

snow is good - 25 cm of snow all at once is ... interesting - everything closed and relaxed because of 25 cm of snow all at once is ... good!

back in , why out ag. saw a sled like piece of useful to me in here to hold something .. ..when i was out earlier with a neighbour from the second flr ..snickering as we walked at those trying to drive through our neighbourhood here ( we are both walkers, bicy. etc (of something of that earlier post of why some are in town , not un baby making , but just don't drive , so we live in these heavily treed ,wild yarded ,food yards,, near the lake areas ..of inner ), the piece for shelving .. the girl that has the polish ..mov um ..shop that you may have noted when you were here taking that photo of the wooden sled post up on the pole with a punk up of past postings ./ i wish you were here to see if you could have a look at what you can make of why adobe has never loaded in some way on my lap top here , i tried a little again last but it did the same things of not coming together as before , so i didn't write to you with questions because i'm not sure yet what to ask that will make any sense to you , i'm very different clearly , of difficult for most with my need for this odd brevity that takes most some time to begin to understand

...this odd brevity that takes most some time to begin to understand

It's the internet - take away "most" and you've still got lots who will take some time

not sure what you are meaning ckc, / with no tone , of not hearing that my voicing is gentle and something in it's tone of layering, of my comments is missed by most ..then out of the blue two years down the line ,of seeing the comments here and there ..of on line ,it hits some like something falling ,of what i'm doing with these words ..how setting

yes, tone is tricky online (lots of people find my tone tricky in real life) - I like reading your comments

In my experience long-distance computer help is pretty hard. What you need is a child.

Oh look! An Army & Navy store that specialized in products for Marines...

back in , mcg, are you meaning that your kids help you the most with learning , because they have grown up with ..so completely and are still in the midst ..?

i do know of , in seeing friends and neighbours interacting with their kids and the involvements with others that come with having kids .. ,( along with their own being able to work out away from their home settings at some point ,and schooling that i was not able to attend , of why my so feral .. . ), all that they learn in those settings ,i do have some sense of , / i decided when i was around fourteen that i would not be bringing a child in to the world , for a few reasons , one that there were enough children in need of caring and help to deal with around ( i've worked reviewing child lit for teachers and libraries through a book shop ..off and on for many years ,of one of my part time jobs , i've worked with kids quite a bit in short periods of time in helping them pick out books ,but in no setting for their tech learning to rub off )/ and of what i was born with /not with , of being able to have a child ,but of the difficulty of my being ill a lot/hosp. . of how able to raise a child with that .. so i will be childless in living my life
