The thing I chopped it out of has a pretty obvious joke in a word balloon I erased but my photoshop skillz abandoned me entirely on this. Coulda made Obama's face far more cartoonish...
I thought it was michal jackson with mike tyson's facial tats. Wearing a plastic bicycle helmet and claiming to be Obama.
And I was pretty sure there was a righteous joke in there, along with a series of subtly nested pop-culture references, and I was just to old and out of touch to get any of it.
