Ahh, this one is deep with subliminal messages. First, the 'interference' itself is comprised of a block of Farsi text. Now, of course, I can't read Farsi, but my subconscious can, and it knows you're telling me to bomb Isfahan. Your master plan is thwarted, however, by the fact that my subconscious no longer has an air force. Hah!
But underneath the international opinion-making, there is an image of an old man, standing in front of the entrance to a cave. He seems to be pondering. Is he thinking about entering the cave? Is he taking one last look before he leaves forever? Is there a fundamental metaphysical truth here? Or just an advertisement for a show about Hitler's Geologists on the Discovery Channel?

Written Farsi is kinda interesting, being a script designed for a Semitic language (so vowels are not so important, being modifiers rather than central to the meaning) used to write an Indo-European language where vowels count more. There are workarounds.
