  12. I've been having some trouble lately with the english language. In specific, trying to determine what these modifiers are actually modifying.

    In this case I'm struggling with the bumpers. Are they rubber? Or are the baby buggies rubber and the bumpers are traditional? Just what part of the fucking baby buggy is actually RUBBER????
