The Eternal Immigrant

Over at Sadly, No! Gavin writes the typical thing he writes that is better than anything I attempt to write. Apart from the equally typical burning jealousy I feel upon reading Gavin's work, I noticed Donald Douglas's similarly deft touch with satire:
