A+ Trolling

I am baffled:
Rick Venema says:

Providing an army for the common defense is a basic and legitimate function of the federal government. As to VSU, universities are funded at the State level, just as conservatives advocate.

And actually, Colonial Heights is also not too far from Richmond, and our Southpark Mall is the largest indoor climate-controlled shopping center between Richmond and Rocky Mount. Your lack of knowledge of my hometown is no doubt similar to your lack of knowledge of the Constitution.

COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VIRGINIA
There really is a Rick Venema and he does appear to be dense, but come on. I feel like emailing this to Aaron Sorkin so everyone can hear it over and over again.

BECAUSE I CAN UPDATE:

  3. Ohh, I forgot one angle of this.

From what I remember as a teenager, they don't like it when blacks LIVE in Colonial Heights, but they sure like them to shop in their mall, thereby giving them sales tax revenue , without which they could not maintain their little de-facto segregated school district.

Why does Rick make hard-working black folk subsidize the education of his children?

  4. Hope Rick's new knee came out OK.

    Future Surgery:
Rick Venema, is having knee replacement surgery on Oct.
    13th @ St. Mary’s.

Hope he paid for it all himself, every fucking penny. Because otherwise he's a parasite, who should be burned off the body politic w/ a match.

That's right. And with 55% of the vote, in the most Republican city in the state.

  10. Superb trolling.

My favorite comment from Ricky V. was how he said he got his first job at 15 and bought his current house in his 20s, and he's 56. I am going to make an assumption that his first job was not billionaire hedge fund manager, and a second assumption that he is precisely the kind of middle-class voter the GOP screws over but keeps in the fold by throwing gasoline on their burning prejudices.

  11. Maybe he ate his parents as they were getting old and weak and straying from the herd. BAM: new house.

  12. "Between Richmond and Rocky Mount" ought to be a saying of some sort, like, "Ask every squirrel between Richmond and Rocky Mount and you'll get the same answer."

  13. After reading that Arby's review I have officially given up any vestiges of hope. For anything. Ever.

  14. But then today comes and BAM Scotus does something right!
