Mandatory Churrocide

Another of The Man's plans to keep the common people down:
Chile's Supreme Court has ordered a newspaper to pay $125,000 to 13 people who suffered burns while trying out a published recipe for churros, a popular Latin American snack of dough fried in hot oil.

    oh, ha! when i read the first sentence, i was thinking of the restaurant...

    and there may be no finer end to a sentence than "when the dough boiling in oil suddenly shot out of kitchen pots."

    Isn't this just a version of <a href = "http://www.articlesbase.com/home-improvement-articles/defective-propane-turkey-fryers-1379964.html>turkey fryer lawsuits in the States</a>? If their tort system was up to standards there'd be samosa lawsuits in India and Gereral Tso's chicken lawsuits in China.
