    The grass doesn't grow enough for goats to be needed. Insufficient sunlight.

    There is a pretty black area on the right which surprised me. Vancouver's a city where stuff grows pretty well.

    The black area is mussels from the sea so shows how high the tide gets there.
    so goats (unless they are sea goats) are out of the question.
